The two buildings - of 25,000 and 10,000 square meters respectively - will be called Spark One and Spark Two. They will represent the re-start of Milano Santa Giulia, a new business district next to the Sky Campus, with unique characteristics in the Milan area.
The Spark One project presents an eight-storey office building with a commercial basement on the ground floor, designed to define a square open to the public: a new meeting place for all the people arriving from the train station and from the Rogoredo underground, thanks to the direct access foreseen in the south margin of the building.
The design approach of Spark One is the result of an integrated work between urban planning, design of external spaces and architecture. The aim is to create a quality district that is also enjoyable to live, opening the buildings to the community and also transforming them into new places of sociability and meetings.
The area is well connected to the city center (15 minutes by metro and 8 stops from Duomo) through public transport lines and the main motorways.
The complex will rise in the immediate vicinity of the Milano Rogoredo railway and underground station, thus assuming a strongly symbolic value as an entrance portal to the city of Milan for those who will reach Milan Santa Giulia by train or underground.
