The Galleria Subalpina, an important historical building, was designed in 1873 by the architect Pietro Carrera. During the 20th century it underwent several extensions and renovations. In 2023, a restyling was carried out, transforming the gallery into a new place for sharing and meeting, contemporary and modern, while respecting its tradition and essence. There are currently 24 retail units in the gallery, of which only two are still available: Unit 1, which has a ground floor area of 116 square metres and a basement area of 43 square metres, and Unit 24, which has a ground floor area of 186 square metres.
